Job Description
Invo Healthcare, a proud member of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a motivated and passionate part time Occupational Therapist to join our community-based Early Intervention team in Columbus, OH.

Professional Requirements
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (Ohio OTPTAT Board)
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License; travel required for home and community visits
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or families

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations of fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
  • Provide family-centered therapy in homes, childcare centers, and community settings
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
  • Coach and support parents and caregivers using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and Early Intervention guidelines
  • Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and other team members
