Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools to guide the evaluation process.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing clients' unique challenges and therapeutic goals, integrating various treatment modalities.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to foster positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic and comprehensive care approach.
• Educate and support clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the therapeutic process to promote greater understanding and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to both ethical standards and regulatory requirements, which is crucial for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse group of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits

• The role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, reflective of your experience and credentials.
