• Perform detailed assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health concerns, aiding in the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and objectives of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individual and group, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and mental health awareness.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice.
• Strong therapeutic skills, allowing you to build rapport and effectively motivate clients throughout their recovery.
• Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration with team members and clients alike.

• Experience working in community health settings or telehealth environments is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with outcome tracking and measurement tools in mental health therapy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles to support clients from diverse backgrounds.
