Work Environment

As a remote therapist, you will have the flexibility to manage your work-from-home schedule while providing care to clients via virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to gain insight into clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to foster recovery and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment approaches for clients.
• Engage with clients' families, providing education about mental health issues and encouraging active involvement in the treatment process for effective outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records while adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, showcasing a commitment to client care.
• Profound understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic practices pertinent to mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport with clients.
• A strong capacity for teamwork, contributing effectively to a collaborative treatment environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing virtual mental health counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
