Thrive and Strive Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your home while enjoying a flexible schedule. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health histories and emotional wellness, tailoring questions to uncover underlying issues effectively.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, adapting your technique based on the client’s progress and feedback.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients facing immediate emotional challenges or safety concerns, demonstrating expertise in de-escalation and supportive counseling.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that all documentation reflects accurate therapy notes and treatment progress.
• Engage in collaborative care practices with a multidisciplinary team, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to address the wide-ranging needs of our clients.
• Dedicate time to professional development, attending workshops or training to stay abreast of new developments in mental health care.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by licensing boards and mental health organizations, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for our clients.

Thrive and Strive serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, requiring a therapist who is culturally competent and ready to deliver personalized care. You will have the opportunity to work with both adults and adolescents, exploring a spectrum of psychological issues and their impact on daily functioning.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that facilitate building rapport with clients.
• Empathy and compassion towards clients, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal frameworks governing mental health practices.
• A strong commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and complex cases, possibly including trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

Thrive and Strive offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits plan, including:
