• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances, therapeutic goals, and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, to foster client growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support when clients face urgent mental health challenges.
• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, contributing to professional discussions and initiatives.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to continue professional development and refine clinical skills.

Your client caseload will consist of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and adjustment disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on developing rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices and understanding of laws governing mental health treatment.
• Ability to function independently in a remote environment while also being an effective team player.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field is required.
