Position Overview

Mindsight Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality therapeutic support to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your expertise will facilitate mental health assessments, the formulation of individualized treatment plans, and the implementation of evidence-based interventions to promote lasting wellness and recovery.

Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still being an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally informed assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and crafting personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's specific needs.
  • Offer critical crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies with appropriate de-escalation techniques.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented and regularly reviewed.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health topics, treatment methodologies, and community resources to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a richly diverse client base within the community, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. As a remote therapist, you will adapt your therapeutic techniques to ensure accessibility and comfort, taking into account the varied cultural backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications
  • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in the state of Florida.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills that demonstrate a capacity for thorough evaluations and the development of treatment strategies.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday leave.
