• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.
• Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and mental health requirements.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress and healing.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, psychologists, and social workers—to create an integrated care approach that addresses the holistic needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records while adhering to all applicable legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular case conferences, supervision sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and administration capabilities.

• A valid LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, crucial for documentation and client interaction.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Experience in working with trauma-informed care and addiction treatment.
• Background in community health settings or with underrepresented populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic health record software.
