Our commitment extends to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace that values the unique experiences and identities of all team members. We strive to be a catalyst for positive change by ensuring that our work environment reflects our mission of equity and diversity.

Work Environment

As a remote position, our LCSWs benefit from a flexible work environment that accommodates personal and professional commitments while allowing for meaningful interactions with families and children. You will join a supportive team of professionals who are equally passionate about early childhood development and intervention services. The collaboration will include regular virtual meetings, case discussions, and shared practices that fuse individual expertise for the benefit of the kids we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, determining their developmental status and identifying areas of need.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), which outline tailored goals and services for each child.
  • Monitor and document progress toward outcomes, collaborating closely with colleagues and family members to adjust care strategies as needed.
  • Develop strong rapport with children and families, utilizing personalized approaches to create a safe learning environment that fosters growth.
  • Employ evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to support the unique learning and developmental needs of each child.
  • Provide families with actionable information and resources regarding child development, encouraging active participation in their child's growth.
  • Utilize coaching and natural environment teaching techniques to empower family members in their role as primary educators.
  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each child and family, including healthcare professionals and educators.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on young childrenโ€”infants and toddlersโ€”who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our services are designed to support the unique challenges faced by these children and their families, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate early childhood development effectively. As a member of our team, you will play an essential role in fostering positive developmental outcomes for children during a critical stage of their growth.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license from the appropriate state authority.
  • A valid driver's license for potential community visits and engagements.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention or a related field, demonstrating capability in working with children and families.
  • A strong commitment to understanding and implementing Natural Learning Environment practices.
  • Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse learning styles; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in conducting family engagement sessions and collaborative goal-setting.
  • Knowledge of federal and state early intervention policies and procedures, as well as best practices in social work.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and coaching models in the context of early childhood development.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Sign-on bonus for new hires.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans.

  • Generous Paid Time Off and Sick Leave policies to promote work-life balance.
  • Life insurance and profit-sharing opportunities.
  • Employee discounts and flexible spending accounts for additional savings.
