• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to evaluate their emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize solution-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, participating in team meetings and case consultations to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with confidence.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to enhance the quality of care and implement evidence-based practices.

You will cater to a diverse population of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clinic places a strong emphasis on delivering culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects the various backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential to foster meaningful connections with patients.

• Experience working in a fast-paced mental health setting, particularly within community health systems, is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions efficiently.
• Experience in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and understanding of integrated care models.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
