Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide effective telehealth counseling sessions utilizing secure digital platforms that facilitate client engagement and therapeutic rapport.
  • Carefully maintain and manage electronic client records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for connecting with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a caseload and adapting to the fast pace of a remote counseling environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience using telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools to facilitate counseling services.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals dealing with trauma, can provide a valuable context for client interactions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
