Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical standards of practice.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, address stability, and schedule follow-up appointments, including potential discharge planning when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans centered on clients' needs and goals, ensuring treatment is person-centered and culturally sensitive.
  • Maintain timely and comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment summaries for each client.
  • Participate in weekly individual supervision to reflect on your practice and maintain clinical standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress and treatment changes.
  • Foster a growth mindset by actively seeking professional development opportunities and integrating new methodologies into practice.
