Job description

Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst Support operational excellence for client delivery teams by auditing quality, identifying and documenting quality issues, preparing performance reports, and drafting mitigation plans for workflows that are off track. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality audits of revenue cycle processes for individual reps, coders, and supervisors to ensure compliance and performance standards are met. Prepare and deliver quality scorecard performance reports to operational leaders, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Identify opportunities for training for new and tenured employees to equip them with the knowledge and tools to succeed. Support SOPs and job aids for on‐shore and off‐shore teams. Identify underperforming workflows and draft mitigation plans to address issues and restore optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in revenue cycle operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, including Front End, Mid‐Cycle, or Back End.

Demonstrated improved and sustained performance in revenue cycle KPIs, through management or individual contribution. 5+ years of hands‐on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization. Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.

Proven ability to create process documentation and communicate to operational resources. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others. Preferred: Certification in healthcare revenue cycle (e.g., CRCR, CHFP).

Experience working in a consulting or client‐facing environment. Client‐facing reporting experience. Experience with multiple clients or platforms (Epic HB/PB, Coding, AR, Front End).

Experience with remote coaching. Ability to travel 1x per quarter to near‐shore location. Compensation & Benefits For salaried positions, the role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
