Better Movement Coaching Hub is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote clinical team based in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a critical role in our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Providing specialized treatment for a range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, and adjustment to life transitions such as divorce or separation.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their unique needs are met and outcomes are positive.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Actively participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to promote collaborative care.
  • Staying updated with best practices in the field and continuing education for professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele that includes both adults and children/adolescents facing various challenges. Therapeutic services will cater to couples navigating relationship issues, families dealing with systemic conflict, and individuals confronting personal difficulties. By addressing the mental health needs of entire family units, your efforts will significantly contribute to their overall well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of Texas.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in delivering therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits
