Post University is seeking a dynamic Manager of Career Coaching to lead career coaching initiatives for our diverse student and alumni population, primarily working adults advancing or changing careers.

In this highly hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of Career Coaches, drive student engagement, and deliver impactful coaching, programming, and career readiness initiatives that help students confidently achieve their goals.

Salary: $70,000 | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexibility for evenings/weekends)


What You’ll Do

  • Build, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches.
  • Deliver personalized career coaching (resume, interviews, job search, career transitions)
  • Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs
  • Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the student experience
  • Drive engagement with career tools and track program outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in career development, higher ed, HR, or related field
  • Experience coaching or advising students or adult learners
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve career success
