As an integral part of our outpatient office, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored therapeutic support that fosters healing and resilience.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining regular business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our outpatient office setting allows you to collaborate virtually with fellow professionals, ensuring that you are part of a cohesive treatment team that values communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and situations of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to help clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and established confidentiality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options available, and support resources in the community to encourage informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to incorporate best practices into your therapeutic approach, ensuring the highest standard of care.
