This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining regular business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our outpatient office setting allows you to collaborate virtually with fellow professionals, ensuring that you are part of a cohesive treatment team that values communication and collaboration.

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and situations of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to help clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and established confidentiality standards.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options available, and support resources in the community to encourage informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to incorporate best practices into your therapeutic approach, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Our practice focuses on supporting individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health issues. • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and an ability to personalize care to meet varying client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships founded on trust and empathy.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities that enable you to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• A collaborative spirit, appreciating the contributions of team members and actively participating in a supportive work environment.

• Experience in providing therapy services in outpatient settings, preferably with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Keen understanding of evidence-based practices and familiarity with treatment modalities tailored to clients experiencing anxiety and depression.
• History of engaging in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
