Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is in search of dedicated full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide exceptional telehealth services. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their emotional challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, using a comprehensive and compassionate approach. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide your expertise from a home office while staying connected with our team of mental health professionals. The telehealth setting offers the convenience of digital therapy sessions, enabling you to reach a diverse clientele across Reading, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic support and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement and the highest quality of client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and necessary resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to ensure the application of effective therapeutic practices.

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse demographic groups, tailoring your therapeutic methods to honor their unique experiences and backgrounds. The supportive telehealth environment allows clients to access care from the comfort of their own homes, making therapy more approachable and reducing barriers to treatment.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and the ability to customize therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and empathetic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex situations and guide clients toward positive outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing contributions from colleagues and actively working to support team dynamics.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services, including familiarity with relevant technology platforms and virtual therapy practices.
• Previous backgrounds in community mental health settings or private practice will be advantageous.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based modalities specifically for treating trauma, anxiety, and depression.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
