Job description

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / SVP, Growth / Director of Marketingย
DTC Lead Generation \u007C High-Volume, Performance-Driven

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking a senior marketing leader to scale direct-to-consumer lead generation for a high-volume plaintiff-side employment litigation firm. Own the full funnelโ€”from acquisition to intake to signed clientsโ€”with a focus on ROI, growth, and operational efficiency.

Target Background:ย Healthcare, insurance, financial services, education, or similar high-volume DTC sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Own and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), managing $150K+ monthly spend
  • Drive full-funnel performance across landing pages, intake, and call center conversion
  • Build and optimize growth systems including testing frameworks, CRM/MarTech, and attribution
  • Improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates in partnership with intake and operations
  • Optimize across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to maximize lead quality and signed clients

Qualifications
  • 8+ years in DTC/performance marketing with proven revenue impact (not just CPL optimization)
  • Hands-on paid media experience building and managing campaigns directly
  • Experience in high-volume, complex funnel environments with strong testing and optimization rigor
  • Familiarity with multi-channel acquisition (paid, SEO, lifecycle) and CRM/MarTech systems
  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing teams

Critical Requirement:
Must have personal, hands-on experience (not solely team or agency oversight) building campaigns in Google Ads and Meta. While the CMO will not be expected to actively build campaigns as part of this position, deep subject matter expertise is the most important requirement of this job. Candidates must have executed campaign builds, optimizations, and creative strategy at a high level with six-figure budgets.
