About the Role

Education View Magazine is seeking an innovative and growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company's global marketing strategy, brand positioning, audience growth, and revenue-generating campaigns.

As a member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, increasing readership, expanding strategic partnerships, and supporting advertising and sponsorship revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across education, technology, and business sectors.
  • Identify market trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning initiatives.

Brand Development

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.

  • Develop co-marketing campaigns with universities, educational institutions, and edtech organizations.
  • Create marketing programs that contribute directly to revenue growth.

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive marketing role.
  • Proven success in digital marketing, brand management, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content strategy, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience in media, publishing, education, or B2B marketing.
