Remote Clinical Supervisor (OT or PT) - Rhode Island

Join our team as a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) and take your skills to the next level as a Remote Clinical Supervisor!


Homeside Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and motivated OT or PT to join our team as a Remote Clinical Supervisor in Rhode Island. As a Remote Clinical
Supervisor (OT or PT) at Homeside Rehab, you will work in a fully remote setting, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to provide critical clinical supervision and support to our therapy staff.


About the Role:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to therapy staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and compliance with state and agency regulations

  • Review and approve clinical documentation as needed, maintaining accurate and detailed records

  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to drive quality patient care and business growth

  • Ensure smooth operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Active Rhode Island OT or PT license

  • Home care experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
