This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from your preferred location. Our clinic utilizes a range of digital tools to engage with clients and manage case documentation effectively. You will regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated client care and support.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, strengths, and needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, leveraging evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans, focusing on specific goals and interventions aligned with client needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client understanding and self-management of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to share insights and strategies, ensuring that all clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to clients in acute distress, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress, in compliance with ethical, legal, and clinic standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic, sharing feedback and ideas to enhance client care and operational efficiency.

Your clients will include a diverse demographic, encompassing individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions like anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and others. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and life stages, offering culturally sensitive interventions to help them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve better outcomes.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working in teletherapy or remote clinical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience providing trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
