The remote nature of the position supports adaptability in scheduling, allowing providers to meet clients’ needs effectively, including evening and weekend availability.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Implement effective therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, to enhance client recovery and coping strategies.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that provide essential community support and knowledge.
• Engage with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, performing risk assessments, safety planning, and ongoing support during critical times.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with a treatment team.

• A minimum of two years in a clinical setting with experience providing therapy using evidence-based models.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation processes.
• Experience working with a diverse client population, particularly those facing trauma or chronic mental health challenges.
