• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings with new clients to evaluate their substance abuse histories and mental health status.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process to foster support systems essential for recovery success.

The clients served at Immediate Cure Mental and Behavioral Health Center predominantly comprise individuals dealing with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions. Working with diverse populations, you will encounter a range of challenges that require adaptability and cultural competence to effectively address the unique needs of each client.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Specialized training or professional background in addiction counseling is essential.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for treatment of substance abuse and associated co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling abilities with a passion for engaging and motivating clients in their recovery journey.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with team members and clients alike.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling role, particularly in settings focused on addiction treatment.
• Experience utilizing specialized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques suited for addiction recovery.
