Job description

Imagine a world where every patient you encounter feels seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim their life after significant health setbacks. As a DPT / Doctor of Physical Therapy, you play a pivotal role in this journey, standing as a beacon of hope and strength during their rehabilitation. Your expertise will not only assist with their physical recovery but will also restore their sense of dignity and independence. And there's no better place to embark on this fulfilling career path than in the stunning landscapes of Chandler, Arizona. Chandler, known for its invigorating desert sun and vibrant cultural scene, offers the perfect backdrop for talented professionals seeking to make a real difference. Imagine treating patients in a community that is as warm and welcoming as the Arizona sunshine. Here, our practice is grounded in clinical excellence, and we seek a compassionate and skilled DPT to join our devoted team. Together, we will create a ripple effect of recovery and well-being, one patient at a time. In this role, you will get to: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. - Implement physical therapy interventions that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. - Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. - Inform and involve patients and their families in therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and prescribed home exercises. - Document your evaluations, treatments, and progress meticulously, adhering to both facility and regulatory guidelines. - Take part in interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds, ensuring that your patients receive well-coordinated care. To flourish in this role, you will need to hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar accredited degree. State licensure as a Physical Therapist is essential, as well as CPR certification for added reassurance. While advanced skills in specialized areas like neurology or geriatrics are not mandatory, they can certainly enhance your practice. Your journey in this role promises to be as rewarding as it is challenging. Each day brings new interactions and the opportunity to guide patients through their recovery, whether it's assisting a person in regaining their balance after surgery or aiding someone in navigating the steps to recovery from a stroke. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and communication, ensuring that every patient receives the individual attention and care they deserve. Your work will embody the essence of hands-on therapies that blend clinical expertise with genuine compassion. With every success story, you'll inspire change and witness profound transformations. We are searching for a Physical Therapist who not only possesses technical capabilities but also has the heart to recognize the impact of every small step forward. If you understand that progress is a journey, and feel passionate about contributing to the lives of others in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, we want to hear from you. Join us in Chandler, Arizona, where this is not just a position-it's an invitation to embrace a calling. With competitive compensation and an array of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance as well as generous time off, we are committed to supporting your growth. Enjoy the chance to embark on your next adventure in a city where your professional aspirations align with a lifestyle you will love.
