This role is set within a remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. Although the position is remote, you will remain an integral part of our community health clinic, participating in virtual team meetings, case consultations, and peer review sessions to discuss client progress and treatment strategies. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and challenges, employing evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to each client's unique circumstances effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards in therapeutic practice.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Facilitate regular case consultation meetings to engage in best practices and enhance the overall quality of care delivered.
• Provide essential education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and resources related to mental health and available community support systems.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies, integrating new insights into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Our clients vary widely in age and backgrounds, representing a diverse population that includes individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, complex trauma, and more. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the unique challenges faced by each client. By helping clients understand their conditions and developing actionable treatment plans, you will contribute to profound, positive changes in their daily lives.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of and experience with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to tailor therapy to meet individual client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills to assess client issues and determine effective interventions.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, fostering supportive interactions with colleagues.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or working with a diverse range of mental health issues is highly desirable.
• Exposure to various therapeutic modalities and willingness to continue education in mental health practices.
• Experience in case management and integration of community resources into therapy plans.
