Work Environment

This role is set within a remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. Although the position is remote, you will remain an integral part of our community health clinic, participating in virtual team meetings, case consultations, and peer review sessions to discuss client progress and treatment strategies. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and challenges, employing evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals.
  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to each client's unique circumstances effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards in therapeutic practice.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
