• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health status, challenges, and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals, utilizing best practices in therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused approaches to foster significant personal growth and change.
• Deliver teletherapy services proficiently, ensuring barriers to access are minimized and clients receive consistent support.
• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate interventions to address urgent mental health concerns with skill and empathy.

You will primarily work with adult clients who present a range of mental health needs from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Your role is vital in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals. In our supportive environment, clients feel safe to explore their emotions and work towards healing.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with a diverse client base and colleagues.
• An empathetic, compassionate approach to care, fostering a safe environment for clients on their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, reflecting a commitment to professional ethics and practice.

• Experience in teletherapy and virtual counseling practices, with an understanding of the nuances involved in remote client engagement.
• Familiarity with integrating technology in therapeutic settings, such as using electronic health records (EHR) effectively.
• Previous experience working in diverse settings and with varied populations, enhancing your adaptability and interpersonal effectiveness.
