Employment Litigation Attorney (Austin/Houston/Dallas) – Flexible, High-Growth Opportunity

A leading national law firm with a coast-to-coast footprint is seeking experienced Employment Attorneys licensed in Texasto join its dynamic and growing team. You’ll work alongside a nationally recognized group of litigators handling sophisticated employment disputes, including multi-plaintiff, wage & hour class actions, and PAGA matters. What You’ll Do:
  • Handle complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

  • Work on high-exposure cases, including class actions and PAGA claims.

  • Collaborate with a national team while maintaining direct client interaction.

  • Develop litigation strategy and manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience.

  • Strong background in Texas wage & hour and class action matters.

  • Active Texas Bar admission required.

  • Ability to independently manage cases and proactively drive results.

Compensation

Base salary ranges depending on experience and level:

  • Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000

  • Senior Counsel / Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000

  • Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation will be tailored based on experience, skills, and overall contribution.
