Job description

A nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm is expanding its California presence and seeks an experienced litigator for a fully remote role.

This position offers immediate involvement in federal class actions and consumer arbitrations, with responsibility for managing cases, drafting legal filings, and participating in hearings and depositions.

Responsibilities:

Manage federal class actions and arbitrations

Draft complaints, motions, and briefs

Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings

Contribute to legal strategy in data privacy and cryptocurrency matters

Collaborate with litigation teams and leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $175,000–$200,000+ DOE

Bonus opportunities: origination and idea-based incentives

100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision

401(k) with match and profit sharing

Fully remote, no billable hour requirement

Qualifications:

Active California Bar license

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience

At least 3 years of federal court experience

Recent trial and arbitration experience

Preferred experience in class actions, data privacy, or cybersecurity

Salary Range: $175,000–$200,000
