Job description

We will consider several factors when extending an offer to an applicant. Position Location: Elizabeth City, NC (On-Site) Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized: Yes When Authorized/Hybrid Assisting with administrative matters.

Maintaining a variety of financial or other records both manually and electronically. Verifying statistical reports are accurate and complete. Gathering and organizing relevant information.

Addressing and resolving complaints as required. Entering industrial time for contractors and civilian employees in applicable database(s). Entering industrial time in the ALMIS Contractor Time for contract employees.

Entering industrial time in AMMIS for all civilian employees working within applicable division. Updating status information for SRs in the SR Database. Completing closeout paperwork for completed SRs.

Monitoring and correcting punches in Timeforce timekeeping system as it is implemented across additional IOD shops. Generating reports from government databases for use by personnel in making component repair decisions. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of data entry experience. Desire experience using AMMIS and ALMIS systems. Education Requirements: High School.

Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
