(Flexible hours) Travel: Annual trip to CA [HQ] Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Our client, a growing holding company with multiple operating subsidiaries, is seeking a highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its fully remote U.S.-based leadership team. The organization oversees seven operating subsidiaries across financial services and related sectors, providing scale and diversity while maintaining a lean, agile structure. As CFO, you will shape enterprise financial strategy while staying closely involved in execution—overseeing financial reporting, treasury, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the portfolio. Success in this role requires a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with a fully remote team, engages comfortably with the Board, and balances strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. This is a rare and exciting remote opportunity for a proven financial executive to serve as a true partner to the CEO and Board, influence enterprise-wide decision-making, and help guide the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.
