Remote CCMAs help increase access to healthcare services, improve workflow efficiency, and allow medical practices to offer more flexible care options. Their role may also include patient education, administrative tasks, and coordination of care, all conducted remotely.

Regular virtual team meetings and ongoing training can also help CCMAs stay connected and effective in their roles.
