The position operates within a state-of-the-art outpatient facility, providing opportunities for engaging with clients aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your typical work schedule includes weekdays from Monday to Friday, without evening or weekend demands, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage peer interaction and community building among clients, promoting sharing and learning from one another.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, individualized therapy sessions tailored to personalize treatment objectives, guiding clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring they align with their unique needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow mental health professionals, engaging in regular communication and case consultations to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

This role is centered on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are grappling with mental health and mood disorders. Your work will play an integral role in their recovery journeys, helping them find hope and healing while providing an environment that nurtures their growth and emphasizes resilience.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in Maryland.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building supportive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working with young adults, especially in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with therapeutic techniques and group facilitation skills aimed at supporting mental health recovery.
• Prior experience with treatment planning and assessments to guide therapeutic practices.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
