Twins Behavioral Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our expanding team in Oxon Hill, Maryland. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding young adults as they navigate their mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities

As an LCPC at Twins Behavioral Solutions, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions where clients can share experiences, build connections, and foster a sense of community.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic and personalized therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, helping them explore and understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with clients that set measurable goals and cater to their unique preferences and challenges.
• Progress Monitoring: Use assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate client progress, ensuring that they are on a path to achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for clients and discussing complex cases to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who face an array of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and interpersonal issues. We utilize evidence-based practices combined with holistic methods to address the complex needs of our clients. Your role will not only involve individual and group therapy but also significant engagement with clients and their families, promoting overall wellness and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and dedication to supporting clients' needs.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in mental health treatment settings, particularly with young adults.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Twins Behavioral Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide:
