We are actively hiring for a Procurement & Purchasing Card Specialist - Remote

Your Role: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the enterprise Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program and executing procurement activities for moderate to high complexity goods and services. This role supports business units across the organization, with a primary focus on IT-related purchases, while ensuring strong supplier management, data integrity, and compliance with procurement policies.

This position requires the ability to translate business requirements into sourcing solutions, negotiate pricing, mitigate risk, and deliver the best value. The role combines transactional procurement execution with analytical problem solving, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Procurement Specialist operates with moderate independence, exercises judgment within established guidelines, and contributes to continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Your Work:

Purchasing Card Program Management

  • Administer the enterprise P-Card program, including application approvals, credit limits, audits, disputes, and account maintenance
  • Provide training and support to cardholders and managers
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements

Procurement Operations

  • Review and process purchase requisitions and change orders
  • Execute sourcing activities, primarily for IT-related goods and services
  • Issue requests for quotes (RFQs) and evaluate supplier responses
  • Train business users on procure-to-pay (P2P) processes

Supplier Management & Onboarding

  • Lead supplier onboarding, validation, and approval processes
  • Ensure data accuracy for supplier profiles and payment details in Coupa
  • Manage transactional supplier relationships and conduct reviews
  • Resolve supplier-related issues including pricing discrepancies and match exceptions

Contracting & Negotiation

  • Support and manage contract lifecycle activities including SOWs and renewals
  • Review IT software order forms and agreements
  • Participate in contract negotiations; may lead select engagements
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing

Strategic Sourcing Support

  • Develop RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Facilitate evaluation and scoring with stakeholders
  • Analyze bid data and support supplier selection

Data, Systems & Process Improvement

  • Maintain procurement system data integrity
  • Analyze transactional data to identify issues and improvements
  • Manage procurement inbox and operational requests

Team Support & Development

  • Provide guidance to junior procurement staff
  • Support development of procurement knowledge and category expertise

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • 5+ years of procurement or related experience
  • 2+ years managing a Purchasing Card program
  • 3+ years of category experience (IT, professional services, or corporate spend)
  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and DocuSign
  • Experience with Copilot or AI tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and team member management skills
  • Understanding of procurement, P2P, and supplier management processes
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, P-Card platforms)
  • Category knowledge in IT, professional services, or corporate spend

The national average salary range for this position is $80,865.00-$89,850.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $80,865.00-$107,900.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Mon, 13 Jul 2026.
