Zanders Sporting Goods, a family owned wholesale distribution company in business for more than 60 years is seeking a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing company products, building relationships with customers while interacting closely with them, and exceeding customer's expectations.
Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of ever changing product offerings
  • Resolve questions pertaining to orders to meet customer expectations while adhering to company policies

Pay Information
For the first twelve months of active employment, Remote Sales Representative will receive a set hourly wage, plus eligible commissions and sales spiffs. The starting hourly wage may vary based on the employees experience and qualifications. Illinois minimum wage is $15.00 per hour.
After successfully completing twelve months in the Remote Sales Representative role, the employee will transition to the company's commission-based compensation structure, which includes a base hourly rate of $9.80 per hour plus earned commissions, variable commissions, and spiffs. Total compensation will vary based on sales performance and the commissions and spiffs earned under the company's applicable compensation programs.
