Job Title: Credit Card Servicing Representative

Industry: Financial Services

Location (city, state): Fort Worth, TX

Assignment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days each week.

Job Description:

The Credit Card Servicing Representative is responsible for assisting customers with a variety of credit card account servicing needs while ensuring accurate account maintenance and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role works closely with internal departments to resolve account issues, process transactions, and support daily servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by phone with questions regarding credit card accounts, payments, balances, transactions, fees, disputes, and general account activity.
  • Complete account maintenance requests including payments, account updates, adjustments, and other servicing transactions.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies while partnering with internal teams when additional support is needed.
  • Educate customers on account features, payment options, and available resources.
  • Follow established procedures for delinquent accounts and coordinate with internal departments as appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to operational improvements, system updates, and testing initiatives as assigned.
  • Deliver professional, timely, and solution focused customer service with every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
