• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are created and executed effectively.
• Design tailored treatment plans that align with the unique circumstances and goals of clients, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that foster healing and growth in a supportive setting.
• Engage in frequent collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to maintain continuity of care and holistic support for clients.
• Facilitate educational sessions for clients’ families, helping them understand mental health issues and encouraging their active involvement in the recovery process.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality is upheld at all times.

Our clientele is diverse, spanning various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; preference given to applicants with graduate degrees.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling and a solid grounding in evidence-based practices relevant to diverse mental health disorders.
• Exemplary therapeutic skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients that fosters trust and motivation throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Strong communication skills that enhance cooperation with the treatment team and facilitate client progress.

• A minimum of two years' experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Experience working with varied demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote counseling.

• Competitive annual salary of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with education, experience, and credentials.
