• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring a comforting and safe environment for clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific mental health needs, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Assist clients in identifying goals and developing coping strategies, fostering autonomy and personal growth in their mental health journeys.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss best practices, share expertise, and stay updated on new therapeutic techniques and technologies.

As a licensed counselor with Gallant Young & Adult Healthcare, you will engage with a diverse client population, primarily adults. Clients may seek care for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and other significant mental health concerns. The counselor's role is crucial in facilitating progressive mental health support, empowering clients through skill-building and insights drawn from therapy.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• A current, active license to practice as a therapist in the relevant field (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in your jurisdiction.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing direct clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Practical experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting of therapy sessions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
