  • Inform internal investment decisions, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing IRAD and product development to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Mentor and develop BD leadership talent, building a high-performing team capable of executing complex capture campaigns across multiple domains and customer sets.

  • Support executive leadership and corporate planning, providing regular updates on market trends, risks, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressively responsible BD, Capture, or Program leadership experience, including leadership of large, complex capture efforts (>$100M).

  • Demonstrated success leading BD organizations and delivering sustained growth across DoD and/or U.S. Federal Government markets.

  • Deep understanding of U.S. Government acquisition processes, funding mechanisms, and source selection methodologies, including FAR/DFARS.

  • Experience working with Government Relations and/or other lobbying organizations to shape Congressional budgets to support company objectives.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute winning strategies, including customer shaping, Price-to-Win, and competitive positioning.
