Job description

Our client is located in East Downtown Houston and looking to add a Business / Operations Analyst to their team on a 6+ month contract basis.
Schedule: M-Th on-site, remote Fridays
Job Responsibilities:
• Review Survey123 exceptions.
• Develop understanding of ACI survey information stored in Workforce, Survey123, and Big Query databases. Also working knowledge of SAP and PowerBI.
• Perform QA on Workforce and Survey123 records.
• Respond to ACI inspection audit requests.
• Track where ACI inspections need to be done and where work is assigned. Request more work loaded into Workforce as needed.
• Learn how to use Workforce and Survey123 phone apps and how to troubleshoot issues in field.
• Track completed ACI surveys and number of active contractors by area.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
• 5-7 years experience required.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
