The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Revenue Operations organization, helping transform data into actionable insights while designing scalable business processes that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.

This roleis responsible foranalyzing business performance,optimizingrevenue processes, improving CRM data quality, and developing reporting that enables leadership to make informed decisions. The Business Analyst will work across Sales, Client Success, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to standardize processes, strengthen data governance, and support strategic initiatives that improve visibility across the entire customer lifecycle.

Success in this role requires equal strengths in analytics and business process improvement. Key Responsibilities

Revenue Analytics & BusinessAnalysis

  • Develop,maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting.

  • Analyze business performance across clients, account executives, industries, geographies, service offerings, and recurring revenue.

  • Monitor and report on keyfinancial and salesmetrics.

  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Identifytrends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Opportunity Management

  • Support pipeline governance and forecast reviews through analysis and reporting.

  • Monitor opportunity progression and pipeline health toidentifygaps in data quality or sales execution.

  • Analyze lead generation, opportunity conversion, account penetration, and renewal performance.

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to improveopportunityhygiene andforecastaccuracy.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve visibility into recurring revenue, renewals, and long-term pipeline health.

CRM Governance & Process Optimization

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM data quality, reporting, and process governance.

  • Support CRM enhancements, workflow automation, and continuous system improvements.

  • Monitor CRM adoption and data integrity while recommending improvements that increase reporting accuracy.

  • Documentcurrent-stateandfuture-statebusiness processes andassistwith SOP development.

  • Helpestablishthe CRM as the trusted source of truth for revenue operations.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identifyopportunities to simplify business processes,eliminatemanual work, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend automation solutions that reduce administrative effort and improve data accuracy.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase productivity through process standardization and automation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or relatedfield.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical role.

  • Strong experience analyzing business performance and developing executive reporting.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes.

  • Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence platforms.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, andcritical-thinkingskills.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a Managed Services Provider (MSP), Professional Services, IT Services, Staffing, or Technology organization.

  • Experience withSalesOperations orBusinessOperations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM andTableau.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization.

  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar).

  • Understanding ofrecurring revenue business models, managed services, forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Experience documenting business processes and leading process improvement initiatives.
