Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand/Visual Designer based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to define and elevate a fast-growing company's visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
You will own the creative direction, shaping how the brand is perceived by enterprise audiences and industry leaders.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital, print, events, and marketing experiences.
You will build scalable design systems that enable consistent, high-quality brand expression as the business grows.
Working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams, you will translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a visible impact.

Accountabilities:

As a Brand/Visual Designer, you will take ownership of the brand's creative direction and execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business goals into strong visual experiences while building systems that scale.

  • Define and evolve the brand identity across digital and physical experiences, maintaining a high standard of visual quality and consistency.
  • Lead creative direction for websites, landing pages, campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, social assets, and other brand initiatives.
  • Design impactful event experiences, including conference materials, booths, activations, and other offline brand touchpoints.
  • Build scalable design frameworks, templates, and systems that allow teams to create high-quality assets efficiently.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate positioning and messaging into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Challenge briefs when needed and contribute strategic creative thinking to improve outcomes.
  • Create polished designs from concept through final execution while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer with strong brand expertise, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. You should combine strategic brand thinking with strong execution skills and be comfortable owning projects end-to-end.

  • 4+ years of design experience, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies, leading creative agencies, or similar environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across brand identity, web design, print, events, and broader visual experiences.
  • Experience creating and evolving brand systems rather than only executing existing guidelines.
  • Ability to develop a strong creative point of view and confidently communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B branding, audience perception, and visual storytelling for business audiences.
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on production without compromising quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Webflow or similar web design tools is a plus.
  • High ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $100,000-$160,000 USD.
  • Equity opportunity ranging from $33,000-$52,000 USD.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from home or coworking spaces.
  • 27 paid time off days, including public holidays.
  • Support for home office setup, internet, and phone expenses.
  • Learning and development budget for courses, certifications, and skill-building opportunities.
  • Potential visa sponsorship support for relocation opportunities.
  • High-autonomy role with significant ownership and long-term growth potential.
  • Opportunity to help shape the brand of a rapidly growing technology company.
  • Fast-paced, high-trust culture with direct impact on business direction and product growth.
