As a licensed mental health counselor, you will have the support of your colleagues in a setting designed to foster professional growth and collaboration.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans and referrals as needed.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment approaches, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will provide culturally competent care, recognizing the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients, and adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities accompanied by solid diagnostic skills are essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards in your practice is crucial.

• While previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we encourage applications from dynamic individuals ready to take on their first post-graduate role.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms is a plus, as our center maximizes remote care delivery.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
