The LPC will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring effective treatment and progress for each client:

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to understand and address clients' unique emotional and mental health needs.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Create comprehensive service plans that may include scheduling appointments, home visits, and observations to track client progress over time.
• Manage documentation and reporting – including monthly and quarterly progress reports – ensuring all information is recorded accurately and accessible.
• Lead training sessions for staff members to ensure competency in program execution and proper use of documentation tools.
• Oversee follow-up activities, including interviews and in-home visits, to provide continuous support tailored to clients' evolving needs.
• Serve as a bridge between clients and mental health services, helping achieve developmental goals effectively.
• Contribute to the development of training materials aimed at enhancing service provision and individual programs.

This position involves working with a broad demographic base, including adults, children, couples, and families. Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing various challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted state licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• In-depth understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
