• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment and crisis plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Documentation is key; complete all required records promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to accurately evaluate client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients and relevant service systems, ensuring access to necessary resources and support networks.
• Maintain effective communication with community partners and state agencies to promote our mission and foster collaborative relationships.
• Develop and sustain connections with local, state, and federal agencies to create opportunities for funding and program expansion.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development through attendance at conferences, trainings, and relevant statewide meetings.
• Embrace and promote the organization's mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operations.

Our work is centered around diverse populations including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. You will work with a variety of clients, from adolescents to adults, who may require different therapeutic approaches. Understanding the unique circumstances of each client provides a critical foundation for developing effective support plans and engagement strategies. Your role as an LMHC will be instrumental in helping these individuals achieve their personal goals for recovery and wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a prerequisite for this role.
• An independent LMHC license is required to practice in the state of Arizona.

Experience working in a community health setting or familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic modalities will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in substance use recovery, crisis intervention techniques, or behavioral therapy will find their skills particularly relevant in this role.
