Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities within large pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with experience engaging pharmaceutical and biotechnology stakeholders looking to build a long-term career in enterprise sales. The SDR will work closely with the Senior Account Executives and Marketing team to design and execute integrated outreach campaigns targeting enterprise-level pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a structured development path toward Senior Account Executive.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and qualify new sales opportunities within large pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
  • Prospect into market cap pharma accounts using multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, direct mail, industry insights).
  • Engage stakeholders across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, IT, Data, and Operations functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to execute strategic demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop tailored value propositions that resonate with biotechnology and pharmaceutical business challenges.
  • Present ROI-driven messaging using business metrics and industry-relevant justification.
  • Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline generation targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and high data integrity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Continuously deepen understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, clinical development, regulatory environments, and enterprise buying processes.

Required Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years experience in outbound and/or inbound demand generation.
  • Experience prospecting into biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and quota metrics.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales prospecting tool.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex technical or data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
