Job description

Job Summary

We are growing rapidly, and currently seeking a full-time, office-based Site Contract Manager to join our Clinical Operations team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal colleagues and external clients regarding clinical trial contract life cycle management and progression of site-level negotiations
  • Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of terms and conditions for clinical trial contracts and investigator grant budgets
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, legal, and financial risks associated with clinical trial contract negotiations
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to contract specialists and junior managers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study;
  • 3+ years of contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation experience
  • Experience with clinical trial contracting or life sciences commercial operation
