This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver care in a flexible and accessible manner. Our team is equipped with advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems that streamline patient documentation and enhance communication among team members. You will engage with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring a safe space for dialogue and therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to gather insights into patients’ trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies focusing on recovery and resilience-building, adjusting approaches as required based on client progress.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to process their experiences, cultivate coping strategies, and enhance their emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated care approach for every patient.
• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate assistance and support during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, recovery processes, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities that emphasize trauma-informed care best practices.
• Remain informed on the latest research and therapeutic techniques concerning trauma and mental health treatment.

The primary focus of our services is on individuals who have experienced trauma in various forms. This includes those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is necessary for application.
• A solid understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations, ensuring that all clients receive empathetic support.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.
• Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting, specifically focusing on trauma therapy.
• Practical experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions, with measurable results in client outcomes.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
