Work Environment

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver care in a flexible and accessible manner. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to gather insights into patientsโ€™ trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies focusing on recovery and resilience-building, adjusting approaches as required based on client progress.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to process their experiences, cultivate coping strategies, and enhance their emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated care approach for every patient.
  • Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate assistance and support during trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, recovery processes, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
