In your day-to-day role, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, effectively engaging with patients and their families to address specific mental health needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of psychological needs, documenting treatment plans, goals, and progress in structured logs.
• Manage a diverse caseload encompassing various psychological conditions, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to guide patients through crises, employing therapeutic intervention strategies to facilitate immediate support.
• Collaborate with patients to establish and implement effective treatment strategies while continuously evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary revisions.
• Provide educational and support resources to patients and their families, enriching their understanding of mental health and the support available to them.

The Remote Mental Health Counselor will work with a wide spectrum of patients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and others. This diverse clientele requires a counselor adept at tailoring approaches to meet varying psychological needs, ensuring every client receives compassionate and professional care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid license, specifically as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

We require a minimum of two years of clinical experience, providing a solid foundation in mental health counseling. Experience must include work in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessments and treatment strategies.

Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, based on experience and licensure. Additional financial incentives include:
