• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a confidential and professional environment.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that each session is tailored to their unique cultural and personal contexts. • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree in one of these areas is highly preferred.
• Possession of active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting, enhancing your comfort with digital platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or person-centered approaches.
• A strong background in handling diverse populations and a skillset in cultural competence to address the nuanced needs of clients.
