• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client mental health needs, facilitating a tailored approach to their care.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans derived from comprehensive client goals and therapeutic requirements.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, employing solution-focused techniques and various therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual counseling sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients in need.
• Offer timely crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating prompt and effective responses to clients in acute distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in trainings and workshops to stay aligned with evolving mental health best practices.

Our clients represent a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health needs, ranging from depression and anxiety to relationship issues and coping with life transitions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to empower adult clients by helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals through compassionate support and evidenced-based practices.

• A Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• A strong foundation in organizational and time-management skills ensuring efficient caseload handling.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional record.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in teletherapy or familiarity with remote counseling practices. Experience in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will also be advantageous.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
